Christopher Richard "Kip" O'Neill
ImageLegal practitioner specializing in public affairs and government relations with over 30 years experience in dealing with the Executive and Legislative branches of government with five of those years serving in the Legislative branch and 25 years in the private sector.  Served as legislative assistant to the Hon. Edward P. Boland (D-MA) 1972-1976 and as counsel to the Senate Committee on Commerce, Science and Transportation 1976-1977. President and founder of the law firm, O’Neill, Athy and Casey, P.C., 1978-Present.  Mr. O'Neill served for five years in the legislative branch and for six years (1980-1986) served as the General Counsel to the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC).

He served as an original founding Board Member of the Congressional Award Board and Foundation, established by the U.S. Congress.  He continues to serve on the Board of So Others Might Eat (SOME) and as a Trustee of the O’Neill Scholarship Fund/Trust at Boston College.

Mr. O’Neill is a graduate of Boston College and Georgetown University Law Center.  He resides in Bethesda, MD with his wife, Stephanie; they have two daughters, Catlin and Abigail.
